 The bubble skirt takes the fun from 80's fashion and is a quirky addition to any outfit.

On to my look, this is my DIY bubble skirt in silk/satin fabric. I paired it with a cream colored top for a more feminine look, 

I added a simple black belt and a statement neck piece and finished it off with a brightly colored wedge shoes.
