Day 2 of our "Team Manipis" Getaway, We directly headed to Banaue Rice Terraces. It's my third time to see it actually. First was in the book, Second was on television and Third here!!! Hahaha! Anyway, it was so amazing to see it up close. The view was really so beautiful and jaw dropping. When you go to Banaue you will also find a lot of souvenir shops there where you can buy handmade products made by locals. My friends and I also spotted a wooden scooter which was used by the Ifugaos as a form of transportation. Funny though, because it doesn't have a pedal on it but don't worry because it has a brake(LOL!). In order for it to move you have to ride it going downhill but be careful because if you're not used to it you'll go all the way and away(hehehe!). We all had so much fun and were goofing around the wooden scooter just like little children. On top of it, We really had a wonderful stay in Banaue and also a memorable experience for all us.

Well, that's it for our Banaue Getaway next stop will be SAGADA!!!
